GTA 6 lets you break up Jason and Lucia

GamesRadar+ reports, from Edge magazine’s latest issue, that Jason and Lucia can stay partners in crime, become a couple, or become a couple and then split up. Rockstar North co-studio head Rob Nelson said the pair begin wanting to give the relationship another shot, but as the game goes on it is the player’s to keep or lose.

Nelson said the question “what if these characters want something else?” came up while making Red Dead Redemption 2, where players chose between spending on themselves or on the gang. Rockstar wanted that selfish-versus-selfless pull to exist outside cutscenes, and GTA 6 builds the same idea into its two leads.
