About GTA6Geek
GTA6Geek is an independent, unofficial fan guide to Grand Theft Auto VI. We answer the questions players actually ask (when it unlocks, what it costs in your country, what Rockstar has really confirmed) and we tell you how sure we are about every fact.

Our mission
Our mission is simple: give every GTA 6 player valuable, accurate information they can trust, in their own country and, soon, in their own language.
We are here to help. That means a straight answer at the top of every page, the source behind every fact, and a clear label when something isn’t confirmed yet. If a page on GTA6Geek saves you from a scam, helps you budget for launch day or tells you exactly when the game unlocks where you live, it has done its job.
Our story: the research behind GTA6Geek
Image: Rockstar GamesGTA6Geek started with a question every fan was asking: “Where can I find GTA 6 information I can actually trust?” Before writing a single page, we studied the biggest GTA 6 sites and what players actually search for.
Grand Theft Auto VI is one of the most anticipated games ever made, which also makes it a magnet for noise: recycled rumors, “leaked” dates, fake beta keys and download sites that don’t contain the game at all. GTA6Geek exists to cut through that.
What you’ll find here
How we label every fact
Every claim on GTA6Geek carries one of three labels, so you never have to guess how solid it is.
Confirmed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two or an official platform store.
e.g. Release date: 19 November 2026Published by a reputable outlet but not confirmed by Rockstar. We name the outlet.
e.g. A detail credited to a named news reportUnverified. Mentioned only when players are widely asking, and always marked as unconfirmed.
e.g. A PC date Rockstar hasn’t announcedHow we check facts
Every guide shows the date it was last checked and lists its sources at the bottom. When something changes, we update the page. If we got something wrong, we fix it and log it on our corrections page.
Who writes GTA6Geek
GTA6Geek is written by a small team of long-time GTA players. Our writers publish under pen names, and we don’t claim industry credentials we don’t have. What we promise is careful sourcing and honest labels.

How we use AI
We use AI tools to help draft, summarise and translate. A human editor then checks every fact against its source before a page goes live. We never publish AI-generated “leaks”, invented quotes or made-up details about the game.
What we will never do
- Present leaks, datamines or rumors as confirmed facts.
- Link to “GTA 6 mobile”, APK or free-download files. They don’t exist.
- Promise beta keys, early access or cheats that aren’t real.
- Take money to publish news or change a recommendation.
How the site is funded
GTA6Geek may show ads and, on some pages, link to stores where you can buy the game or accessories. Some of those links can earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. That never decides what we recommend. See our affiliate disclosure.
Images, credits and trademarks
We never use an image without credit. Every image on GTA6Geek shows where it comes from, for example “Image: Rockstar Games”. Official GTA VI artwork comes from Rockstar’s official media page, and trailers are embedded from Rockstar’s official YouTube channel. The full list is on our photo credits page.
Own an image or text on our site and have a concern? Contact us through our contact page and tell us which page and which image. We will review it quickly and remove or change it.

Frequently asked questions
Is GTA6Geek an official Rockstar website?
No. GTA6Geek is an independent fan guide. For official announcements, always check Rockstar Games directly.
How do you know your information is correct?
We check Rockstar, the platform stores and Take-Two first, label every fact as Official, Reported or Rumor, list our sources on every guide, and fix mistakes in public.
Can I download GTA 6 from GTA6Geek?
No, and no other website can either. GTA 6 launches on 19 November 2026 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only, through official stores. Any site offering a download or APK is a scam.
How can I report an error?
Use our corrections page. Tell us the page and what’s wrong, ideally with a source, and we’ll check it.
Spotted a mistake or a scam site?
Tell us. We read everything and update pages when readers are right.
