Will GTA Online money and cars transfer to GTA 6? What we know
Short answer: Not announced. Rockstar hasn’t said anything about moving GTA Online characters, money, cars or properties into GTA 6, and GTA 6’s online mode itself has no release date. GTA 6 launches on 19 November 2026 as a single-player game.

What happened before
Rockstar has moved GTA Online characters before, but only between versions of the same game: from PS3/Xbox 360 to PS4/Xbox One in 2014, and to PS5/Xbox Series X|S in 2022. GTA 6 is a new game, so those transfers don’t tell us what will happen.
