Is GTA 6 on PS Plus or Game Pass?
No. GTA 6 is not part of PS Plus Essential, Extra or Premium, and it is not on Xbox Game Pass at launch. You also don’t need PS Plus or Game Pass Core to play the story, because it works offline. Online play is a separate question: do you need PS Plus for GTA 6. More on GTA 6 and Game Pass.
“Free GTA 6 download” sites are scams
There is no PC version, no free key and no “beta” to download. Fake “GTA 6 free download” files and apps have been used to spread malware and steal accounts. Never enter your PlayStation, Xbox or Rockstar password on a site that promises a free copy. See GTA 6 scams to avoid.
Ways to pay less (legit)
- Buy the Standard edition; it has the full story and map.
- Use PlayStation or Xbox gift cards bought from trusted shops.
- Compare boxed prices at big retailers (the box has a download code).
- Wait for a sale after launch. Rockstar games usually keep their price for months, so don’t expect a big discount soon.
Is GTA 6 cancelled?
