GTA 6 mods and RP servers

Short answer: Not at launch, as far as anyone knows. GTA 6 comes out on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on 19 November 2026, and consoles do not support mods. Rockstar has not announced mod tools or GTA 6 roleplay servers. The big hint for the future is that the team behind FiveM, Cfx.re, joined Rockstar in 2023.

Is this real? Partly official

Who said it: Rockstar (Cfx.re joined Rockstar in 2023; GTA 6 platforms). Our view: Rockstar has not announced GTA 6 mod or RP server support. Anything else is a guess. Checked: 4 Nov 2026.

What about roleplay in GTA 6?

Big streamers built careers on GTA 5 RP, so fans expect Rockstar to support it again. For now, read what is known on GTA 6 roleplay in single player and “have your life in the game”. Note that Rockstar and Take-Two fight unauthorised console modding: see the PS5 modding fight.

We do not share mod downloads, jailbreaks or “early” versions; these are scams. See GTA 6 scams.
