Is there fast travel in GTA 6? Yes: ride-share

Short answer: Yes, through a ride-share app. Instead of teleporting, you book a ride with Ryde Me on your phone. Rockstar’s Game Informer feature confirms ride-share fast travel, and previewers say you can even chat with other passengers. Rockstar hasn’t said whether there are other options, like taxis or planes between regions.

The map is about twice the size of GTA 5’s, with Vice City, the Keys, swamps and mountains. A ride-share keeps travel inside the world instead of a loading screen. See all phone apps.
