TelegramWhat did Bank of America say?
Unconfirmed In a note to investors seen by Business Insider and reported by GameSpot, Bank of America said a new version of GTA Online for GTA 6 could launch in the first quarter of 2027 (January to March). It said investors are not fully seeing how big this “GTA Online 2.0” could be, and that a PC version could also arrive around then.
Is this real? Unconfirmed, only a claim so far
Who said it: Bank of America analysts, in a note to investors. Sources: GameSpot, Business Insider. Our view: This is a prediction from a bank. Rockstar has not announced GTA 6 Online or a date. Checked: 28 Oct 2026.
Will GTA 6 have online at launch?
Rockstar calls GTA 6 a single-player game and has not shared any online plans yet. GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 both launched without their online modes, which came a few weeks later, so a separate online launch would not be a surprise. For now, treat the early 2027 date as a guess from a bank, not a Rockstar plan.
