How to heal in GTA 6 Every healing item

Short answer: Health no longer just refills on its own like in GTA 5. You heal by eating, drinking and using medical items. Shown so far: snacks and drinks like a Blitz Berry Smoothie, Protein Shake or Logger Beer, pills and medicines that can push health above normal, Zombix (less effective if you overuse it), EpiPens and trauma kits. Cigarettes and cigars refill your slow-motion ability.
